各位球友:
本会拟于 9 月 16 日（星期六）举行 NZCTTA 2023 年团体赛。比赛地点设在奥克兰乒协（ATTA）球馆，99A Gillies Avenue, New Market。比赛当日上午7:30可以开始练球，8:00 举行开赛仪式, 8: 30 开始比赛。团体赛结束当晚 6:30 将在柏悦酒家举行 NZCTTA 20 周年庆赛后晚餐。
团体赛赛制
• 每队由三名参赛球员组成，不分男女组别。团体比赛分 A、B、C（D）三或四个级别（取决于参赛人数）。参赛选手可以在报名时可以注明参赛级别或组队意愿，但最终由 NZCTTA 管委会决定参赛者的级别和组队安排。管委会将在比赛前确定并公布各级别具体组队、分组和赛制方案。
• 参赛球员也可以单独报名不注明组队意愿。我们会协助组队。我们分组的时候会主要考虑参赛球员的水平已及同级小组之间的平衡性。如果 2-3 位球员想作为一个小组报名请注明在报名链接里面。
• 团体比赛按奥运规则，4 场单打和 1 场双打，双打先打。所有比赛采取五盘三胜制。
• 纽西兰国际裁判 David Jackson 先生将担任本次团体赛裁判长管理当日比赛。

• 本次锦标赛参赛队员仅限持有有效 ATTA 球馆钥匙的球员或者参加过我们球会
Day Club 活动的球友。

• 报名费，午餐费及晚餐费：本次比赛报名费每人$15。 参赛会员可选择是参加午餐和晚餐，午餐费每人$18,晚餐费每人$35。若参赛会员的家属或朋友需要午餐和参加晚餐的，餐费按成本收取，午餐每份$18，晚餐每人$50，请参赛会员报名时注明。

2023 NZCTTA Team Tournament
Dear players,
On Saturday 16th September, we will hold a team tournament at ATTA Stadium, 99A Gillies Avenue, Newmarket. On the day of the tournament, the stadium will open at 7:30am for practice, with the opening ceremony taking place at 8:00am. The competition will begin at 8:30am and conclude before 6:00pm. After the tournament, we will host a NZCTTA 20th Anniversary Celebration dinner party at 6:30pm at Cypress Restaurant, located at 296 Dominion Road, Mt. Eden.
NZCTTA Team Tournament
• Each team will consist of 3 players, with a mix of genders. Team competitions will be divided into A, B, C, or D grades, depending on the number of entries.
• Players can register for the team tournament as individuals, and the organizer will assist in forming teams for individual participants. When forming teams, the organizer will primarily consider individual player skill levels and ensure team competitiveness within a specific grade. If 2 or 3 players want to enter as teammates, please make a reference to the organisers when entering. The formation of teams and their placement in each grade will be finally decided by the NZCTTA organizer.
• Olympic rules will be applied to team competition, i.e., playing 4 singles matches and 1 doubles match and double match first. All matches will be the best of five advantage games to 11 points.
• Mr. David Jackson will be the manager and referee of the NZCTTA Team Tournament. Mr. David Jackson is the only qualified international referee in New Zealand.
Entry and entry fees
• All ATTA stadium keyholders or players that have attended our Day Club sessions are eligible to enter.
• Please complete the online entry form as link below or scanning the QR Code. (Only complete this form only ONCE) Feel free to share it with you friends wish to enter. Entry close 8pm, 11th September, 2023. https://forms.office.com/r/Yccc1iiU6b
• Entry fee is $15 per person, and there are optional fees of $18 for lunch and $35 for dinner party. When entry, players could order extra meals for families or friends at cost of $18 for lunch and $50 for dinner party each person. Entries are accepted only after the fees have been received.
• The venue for the dinner party is Cypress Restaurant, 296 Dominion Road, Mt. Eden.
Payment
Entries are accepted only after the fees have been paid. Players could pay cash during Day Club sessions. Online payment is the preferred payment method. Please specify the player’s full name in reference when paying online. Our bank details are as follows:
