纽西兰华人乒乓球会2023年个人锦标赛
各位球友,
纽西兰华人乒乓球会(NZCTTA)将于6月17日（星期六）举行2023年度个人锦标赛。比赛地点设在奥克兰乒协（ATTA）球馆，99A Gillies Avenue, New Market。比赛当日上午8:00球馆开放练球，8:30举行开赛仪式。 正式比赛将于上午9:00开始，预计比赛在下午5：30之前全部结束。晚上6：30我们将在在喜运来酒家举行赛后晚餐。喜运来酒家地址：532 Mt Albert Road, Three Kings。
个人锦标赛
- 参赛球员将按其目前ATTA选手积分被为A, B, C或D级别。在每个级别中，种子排位和分组也将参照球员目前的ATTA球员积分。所有级别都是男女混合。最新的ATTA积分可在以下链接中找到：https://tabletennis.net.nz/tournaments/upcoming-tournaments/。如果球员不在ATTA球员积分表里，请在填写报名表时注明参赛级别的意向。
- 每个级别第一阶段采用小组循环赛制，第二阶段采用淘汰赛制来决出冠军。小组赛出局的选手自动进入安慰赛。比赛形式和小组信息将在比赛前两天公布。
- 所有比赛采取五盘三胜制， 比赛结果将会记入ATTA选手积分系统。
- 本次个人赛裁判长由纽西兰国际裁判David Jackson先生担任。
报名和报名费
- 本次锦标赛对所有参加过Day Club的球员或持有有效ATTA球馆钥匙的球员开放报名。由于比赛球桌有限，只有80个名额。报名截止日为6月13日（星期二）。
- 比赛报名费每人$15。 参赛球员可选择是否参加午餐和赛后晚餐，午餐费每人$18, 晚餐费每人$35。参赛选手可以额外为家人或朋友预订午餐或晚宴，餐费按成本收取，午餐每份$18，晚餐每人$45。
- 有意参加的球员可以访问我们的网站，在线填写报名表完成报名。我们网站报名链接如下：http://www.nzctta.org.nz/individual-tournaments。 球员也可以在Day Club时间向当值人员报名。

NZCTTA 2023 Individual Tournament
Dear members and players,
We are excited to announce that the NZCTTA will be holding the Individual Tournament on Saturday 17th June at the Auckland Table Tennis Stadium, located at 99A Gillies Avenue, Newmarket. On the day of the tournament, the stadium will open at 8:00am for practice, with the opening ceremony taking place at 8:30am. The competition will begin at 9:00am and conclude before 5:30pm. After the tournament, we will host a dinner party at 6:30pm at Lucky Fortune Restaurant, located at 532 Mt Albert Road, Three Kings.
Individual Tournament
- Players will be allocated into A, B, C or D grades based on their current ATTA ratings. In each grade, seedings and draws will be constructed by using player ratings. All grades will be mixed gender. The current ATTA ratings list can be found at the following link: https://tabletennis.net.nz/tournaments/upcoming-tournaments/. If a player is not in the ATTA player ratings list, please indicate his/her preferred grade to play when filling out the entry form.
- A round robin format in groups will be adopted in the first stage, followed by a knockout format in the second stage to determine the champion in each grade. Players who are eliminated from the group will automatically enter the consolation competition. The tournament format and group information will be announced two days before the tournament.
- All matches will be the best of five games, with the first player to reach 11 points declared the winner. The results of all matches will be recorded in the ATTA player ratings system.

Entry and fees
- The Individual Tournament is open to all Day Club players or ATTA stadium keyholders. Due to the limited tables in the stadium, maximum 80 places are available. Entries will be closed on Tuesday 13th June 2023.
- The entry fee is $15, and there are optional charges of $18 for lunch and $35 for the dinner party after the tournament. Players can also order additional meals for family and friends at a cost of $18 for lunch and $45 for dinner per person.
- To register for the tournament, please visit our official website at http://www.nzctta.org.nz/individual-tournaments to access and complete the online entry form. Alternatively, you may choose to register your entries in person with any NZCTTA volunteers during the Day Club sessions held every Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday morning.

Payment
Entries are accepted only after the fees have been paid. Entry fees can be paid in cash to NZCTTA Volunteers on duty during the Day Club sessions, but online payments are preferred. When making an online payment, please specify the player's full name and event code “Open” in reference. Our bank details are as follows:
